I know that Chrome is probably just reacting to the fact that I'm trying to download an EXE, but I was hoping someone could confirm that that link is pointing to a safe program. I understand that I need to download the EXE at and perform diagnostics - however, when I try to download the file, Google Chrome freaks out and says that there is a virus (see attached image). ![]() I tried to attach them here, but they are close to a GB in size. I have two memory dump files from two separate crashes - I have tried, but I cannot read them myself, even with the Windows Debugging Kit. I haven't been at the computer every time it crashed, but the reason for the crash was "KERNEL_SECURITY_ERROR" at least once. The model number (or, at least, the Dell Service tag) is 2JS0P12. The video card is a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 860M. The CPU is an Intel Core i5-4210U 1.70 2.40 GHz. ![]() The computer is around 2 years old, and Windows 10 was installed as soon as the upgrade was available (I think that was a year ago). The originally installed OS was Windows 8, OEM version. I have an Alienware 13 laptop running Windows 10 64-bit that has been having BSODs every day for the past few days. ![]()
